Manufacturers who want to use a MPA NRW-Quality Label must have complied with one of the following conditions:

-       your product has met the stipulated test requirements;

-       your product has been certified – this means, it has passed the factory’s own production control as well as the stipulated test and your product is regularly monitored by the MPA NRW;

-       the MPA NRW has certified your Quality Management system.

The use of the MPA NRW-Quality Labels is also possible for building products governed by national and/or European regulations. The presupposition for this is

the evidence of having met additional requirements!

This means that additional properties have been tested respectively certified that are not stipulated by the regulations valid for the product. But also the applied complete voluntary certification procedures - beyond the legal requirements – entitle the customer to advertise with the MPA NRW-Quality Label.
