As the invoice recipient, you will benefit from the following advantages:

• The invoice reaches you immediately after it is issued, eliminating postal delivery times.
• You will receive the electronic invoice in PDF format. To view the invoices, you can use the widely available and free Adobe Reader, among other programs.
• The invoice can then be delivered directly to your accounting department.
• Annoying piles of paper are eliminated and at the same time we protect our environment.

In the future, you will receive your invoices in one e-mail in PDF format with two files (invoice and attachment).

Of course, the PDF invoice will still contain all legally required information and mandatory details.

We request confirmation of the e-mail address for electronic invoice dispatch and confirmation of the e-mail address for electronic reminder dispatch, stating the trading partner number.
